What happens to anything you send me through this site. It is a short page because there is not much to tell.
It arrives as an email at [email protected], and the reply comes from that same address, usually within two business days. Nobody else sees it. If you use the WhatsApp button instead, that conversation stays inside WhatsApp.
The website does not keep a copy. The form sends the email and stores nothing behind it, so what you wrote sits in my inbox and nowhere else on this site. I keep it while we are talking, and afterwards in case you come back.
Google Analytics counts visits and shows me which pages get read and where people gave up. It never sees your name, your email address or anything you type into the form.
Do not put passwords, logins, card numbers or ID numbers in the form. None of that belongs in a web form, mine included. If I need access to your website or your domain, we sort it out safely once the work starts.
Sending the form does not book a date. I reply first, then send a written quote with the price, the dates and what is included, and nothing starts until you have agreed to it. The websites in my work section show how I plan and build; they are not a promise of results for yours.
